The Inside Sales Rep is an inside resource dedicated to servicing our customers, supporting our field sales team, and interfacing with key vendors. This individual is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting in growing PKA's business.
The Field Sales Representative position is a key sales role within PKA, responsible for executing business development for target companies within the Tri State area. Positions are available targeting commercial and public sector.
The Solution Architect is a client facing, pre-sales engineer who acts as a value added technical advocate for clients and is responsible for understanding clients’ business requirements as they pertain to IT infrastructure and creating designs with hardware, software and services that match their requirements.
System Engineers (“SE”) are responsible for the installation and configuration of computer systems for PKA’s clients. The SE will typically work in the field at client locations, providing engineering resources for servers, storage, and network environments which are purchased from PKA.
Technical Support Engineers (“TSE”) are responsible for installation and basic configuration of Manufacturers servers, storage, and network products. The TSE will need to address incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers addressing questions and concerns regarding PKA’s products and services, and may provide basic troubleshooting of technical problems relating to installations services provided.
The Storage Solutions Architect is a resource dedicated to servicing our customers, supporting our sales team, and partnering with key vendors. This individual is responsible for designing solutions, providing subject matter expertise across a variety of products, and implementation services.
